1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the LovingFlair online store. They apply exclusively to sales to customers in the USA and Germany.

3. Contract Conclusion

By completing an order on our online store, you accept these Terms and Conditions. The contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation email.

4. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed in US Dollars or Euros, depending on your delivery location. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the online store. Payment will be processed only after successful verification and approval.

5. Shipping

LovingFlair works with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and EMS. Processing time typically takes 2-5 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

  • USA: 7-14 business days
  • Germany: 10-14 business days

Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances. Shipping costs and any additional fees will be displayed at checkout.

6. Return Policy

You may return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase if they show no visible signs of damage and are in their original packaging. A receipt or order confirmation is required for returns or exchanges. Please contact us at hello@lovingflair.com to initiate a return or exchange.

7. Lifetime Warranty for Manufacturer Defects

LovingFlair offers a lifetime warranty on manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear. For manufacturer defects, please contact us at hello@lovingflair.com.

8. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.

9. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, you will receive an email confirming the receipt and approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time may take 2-3 business days.

10. Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

11. Damaged Items

Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of receipt to hello@lovingflair.com. Claims reported later may not be honored.

12. Taxes and Fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. LovingFlair has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

13. Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

LovingFlair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please report the issue to the respective shipping carrier.

14. Wrong Address

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct before submitting the order. Changes to an order cannot be made once it has been processed.

16. Legal Form and Jurisdiction

This business operates as a sole proprietorship. For all disputes arising from the contractual relationship, German law applies if the customer is located in Germany. For customers in the USA, US law may apply.
